Ever since the Covid-19 lock down was implemented, training has shifted online. It's hard adjusting, but this also has client convenience. She expresses, "There is a huge change for trainers as well as for the clients. Usually people used to feel lazy to even go for the yoga class considering the travel time etc. But online class has helped the clients to save time plus it can be done as per their preferred time. For the trainers the scope has increased to take the classes worldwide, so now I have clients taking prenatal yoga classes from USA, Canada, Dubai etc..."


She adds some difficulties that's she has faced in the new age online training. "Since I’m too focused about the posture and correcting it It takes little time to help the clients understand different postures initially.Physically it’s way too easier to correct it. Online the difficulty is only during the initial days you as you need to give some extra time to work on the posture."
