Deprivation of education leads to another generation of illiteracy and poverty and the rural parts of India are struggling with both of these problems. Most politicians claim to revamp the status of literacy and eradicate poverty but very few are willing to do the grunt work to improve the state of education and employment. Mukesh Tandi is a popular political figure working in rural areas to improve the condition of access to education and is also exploring revenue opportunities for the region by guiding tourism opportunities in the area.

Mukesh Tandi understands the efficacy of education in eradicating poverty and upliftment of the social status of the downtrodden and poor. He is deeply invested in improving the access to education in the region of Pundlota and has constructed a modern and hi-tech library for inquisitive students to learn more about the developments at the global and local level. This library provides easy access to computers and the internet, along with a wide collection of books belonging to multiple disciplines of education. It is surprising that there are very few libraries with facilities like that, even in the city area.  He understands that many students are deprived of higher education due to increased costs of stationery and study material, and is working to tackle that problem as well. The library is flooded with students who are looking to make the best of this opportunity by gathering as much knowledge as the camp.

To improve the revenue and generate employment in the rural area of pundlota, Mukesh Tandi has improved the path that leads to an ancient religious site of a Shiv Temple. The improved condition of roads will provide high accessibility for tourists and pilgrims who were not able to visit the religious site in the past. Mukesh Tandi actively works with the gram panchayat and participates in all awareness programs to help the villagers understand the concept of employment and the essence of higher education. His efforts have made him a popular figure in the region and he assists Gram Panchayat in tackling daily problems that are impeding the development in the area. Mukesh Tandi aims to introduce skill development to help the unemployed people from the rural areas learn an in-demand skill and gain sustainable employment in and around the city.
