On March 1, Prime Minister Narendra Modi received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at Delhi’s AIIMS, leading the country into the third phase of the inoculation drive, as a massive chunk of the population aged above 60 and those above 45 with comorbidities, prepare to take the first jabs of the vaccine. PM Modi was administered Bharat Biotech`s Covaxin. The third phase of the vaccination drive kicked off in Mumbai from Monday as well.
