The week began on a sad note for Dalljiet Kaur and Koena Mitra, who became the first two contestants to be evicted from the Bigg Boss house. Expressing her unhappiness, Daaljiet in an exclusive interview to mid-day, said, "Definitely feel that the decision is unfair. As an actor, I know that I have a good fanbase. Maybe, my fans wanted me to participate in every fight but because I could see that everything is fake, I couldn't participate in it actively." "I have gone beyond my comfort zone and did a lot inside the house, whether it was showing your strength in the task, or if it's about participating in the task through mental strength or if it's about the tea leaves, flour or dragging my son's name in between to create drama, I have gone beyond my comfort zone and done many things. My relationships had just started developing. So, I think it was too early," she added.
Meanwhile, the dynamics inside the house changed due to double eliminations, with housemates striving to stay away from the nominations. But that did not deter them from indulging in controversies. On the first day of the week itself, Shefali Bagga subtly taunted Rashami Desai for serving uncooked rotis and Rashami instigated her to be able to show everyone her true evil side.
The day also saw Bigg Boss announcing the nomination task for the girls called BB Bank. For this task two teams were divided with 3 girls each and each team is given a Tijori while the boys are the custodians of the money. The girls had to pull strings, steal and convince the boys to the best of their abilities and try to collect maximum notes to fill up their Tijoris.
The second task of the week gave some respite to the girls, as the winning girl will not only be the queen of the house but will also get a chance to win a ticket to the mid-season finale. In the Toy Factory Task, the two teams have to prepare a consignment in a limited period of time.
Needless to say, the task did not go without controversies. Siddharth Shukla's team requested Paras Chhabra to inspect the soft toys made by his team. Paras decided to reject all of it making Sidharth furious. In a fit of rage, Sidharth also ended up rejecting all the toys made by Chhabra's and the vicious circle continued.
Apart from the two, Shefali Bagga, Mahira Sharma and Abu Malik also indulged in furious verbal spats. Disappointed by their performance, Bigg Boss cancelled the first order, putting the task on hold with a strong warning. Bigg Boss also expressed his disappointment in them for not performing and showing lack of respect and integrity throughout the task.
With the task getting cancelled, the housemates started discussing household duties. And if you think the discussion went without any controversies, we are sorry to break your heart.
Devoleena had assigned Paras the task of scrubbing utensils. Paras was adamant that he won't wash them, while Sidharth felt that everyone should carry out their duties diligently.
The argument was so heated that an over-exhausted Devoleena broke down and started crying. She was consoled by Rashami Desai. Seems, Devoleena has found a true friend and a shoulder to cry on.
Later Paras, Asim Riaz, Shehnaz Gill, and Mahira Sharma grabbed the center stage. Taking the fight over Rashami's cooking further, Asim attacked her with the choicest of statement, even trying to pull her out of her bed. Soon after Paras takes over and tries to fight Asim off. Shehnaz, who's always around during such times, is back to supporting Asim and even instigates him further. Mahira tries to pacify the two fighting men and asks Asim to calm down. A miffed Asim ends ups snapping at her for calling him her brother at own convenience.
The notoriety and stubbornness of the contestants forced Bigg Boss to don the daddy's hat asking the contestants to unanimously give the names of two contestants who deserve to be put behind bars. Can u guess who the two were? None other than Shehnaaz Kaur Gill and Sidharth Shukla.
The final task of the week saw the boys teaming up to save each other. They had to ensure they don't leave each other hands to save themselves from getting nominated. Seems, after all the mud surging on each other, inmates have finally found the way to regain their lost trust.
Only time will tell whether they will be successful in winning each other's trust or not. Amidst all the drama, the contestants are battling in the house to stop from getting eliminated. Who will have to exit the house? Keep watching this space to find out.
