Anil Ambani's eldest son, Jai Anmol Ambani joined Reliance Infrastructure in August 2016 and has been overseeing the financial services businesses. The 27-year-old has a management degree from Warwick Business School, United Kingdom.

Anmol Ambani's younger brother Anshul joined the Reliance Group in January 2019. The 24-year-old Ambani scion completed his undergraduate degree in Business Management from Stern School of Business, New York.

Anil Ambani's elder brother and business tycoon Mukesh Ambani, who is the chairman of Reliance Industries is India's richest man with a net worth of Rs 3.8 lakh crore as per the IIFL Wealth-Hurun India Rich List 2019. Acording to the Hurun Global Rich List 2019 which was released in February 2019, business magnate Mukesh Ambani broke into the top 10 richest list globally with a net worth of 54 billion dollars.

Mukesh and Nita Ambani's daughter, Isha Ambani has carved a niche for herself with her keen business sense. The 27-year-old Ambani heiress was ranked 2nd on the Forbes' Youngest Billionaire Heiresses list in 2008. Isha Ambani's net worth is estimated to be at Rs 4710 crores. It is believed that it was Isha who inspired her father Mukesh Ambani to start his telecom venture Jio.
Isha Ambani, who graduated in Psychology and South Asian studies from Yale University was inducted into the boards of directors of Jio and Reliance Retail in October 2014. She has been a regular at Reliance AGMs and board meetings. Before joining the family business, Isha worked as a business analyst with the management consulting firm, McKinsey & Company. Isha also launched AJIO, an online fashion retailer, at the 2016 edition of Lakme Fashion Week
Isha's twin brother Akash Ambani led the launch of Jio's 4G services along with his sister in December 2015. Akash, who is the chief of strategy at Reliance Jio, graduated from Brown University.
