Harbhajan Singh, who is known to be close to the Ambani family, was seen entering the Udaipur aiport after having a gala time at Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal's Sangeet ceremony. Harbhajan Singh attended the Sangeet with his Bollywood actress wife Geeta Basra and daughter.
Geeta Basra was seen coming out of her car in a yellow jacket teamed with a white top and sunglasses. She had her daughter Hinaya Heer Plaha in her arms.
Harbhajan Singh was dressed smartly in a military-print tshirt, with black jeans and white shoes. Harbhajan Singh who has captained Ambani-owned Mumbai Indians in the IPL, has been a regular at the business family's event.
Geeta Basra married Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh on October 29, 2015, in Jalandhar, Punjab. Their daughter Hinaya Heer Plaha was born on July 27, 2016 in Portsmouth, Hampshire.
Harbajan Singh was born into a Sikh family. He is the only son of Sardar Sardev Singh Plaha, a businessman who owned a ball bearing and valve factory. Growing up with five sisters, Harbhajan was in line to inherit the family business, but his father insisted that he concentrate on his cricket career and represent India.
Harbhajan was trained as a batsman by his first coach Charanjit Singh Bhullar, but converted to spin bowling after his coach's untimely death saw him turn to the tutelage of Davinder Arora. Arora credits Harbhajan's success to a work ethic that included a three-hour training session in the morning, followed by an afternoon session lasting from 3 pm until after sunset.
Geeta Basra was first seen in the Emraan Hashmi-starrer Dil Diya Hai in 2006. Her second release, The Train (2007), was also opposite Hashmi. She played Roma, a working woman who gets caught up in an extramarital affair.
Geeta Basra was also seen in the music video for the Sukshinder Shinda and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan song "Ghum Sum Ghum Sum", playing the love interest of the male protagonist played by Rahul Bhat.
