  • Raju Srivastava

Raju Srivastava: Before rising to fame as a stand-up comedian, Raju Srivastava was a struggling actor having done blink-and-miss roles in films like Maine Pyaar Kiya, Baazigar and Aamdani Atthani Kharcha Rupaiyaa. Hailing from Kanpur, he nurtured his dream of becoming a comedian since childhood. He finished as the second runner-up in the talent show The Great Indian Laughter Challenge that proved to be his big break. Loved for his comic timing and simplistic humour, Raju's portrayal of his self-created character Gajodhar is one of his most popular acts.

  • Kapil Sharma

Kapil Sharma: His comedy show 'Comedy Nights With Kapil' achieved a cult status of sorts, making the funny man a star in his own right. The reigning king of TRPs, Kapil won many hearts with his remarkable comic timing. His strategy is simple; he becomes one with the crowd, and that is why he appeals to everyone. Such is his popularity that almost all Bollywood celebs make sure they appear on Kapil's show to promote their films. After a bitter fight with the channel airing 'Comedy Nights With Kapil', he moved to a rival channel with the entire cast of the show, in a brand new show titled 'The Kapil Sharma Show'.

  • Sunil Grover

Sunil Grover: He has played out small roles in many movies and has been an active part of the world of comedy for more than a decade. His character of Gutthi in 'Comedy Nights With Kapil', where he used to dress up as a girl and talks in a raspy tone, made him an overnight star. He quit the show to start his own stand-up comedy programme, Mad in India, which ended prematurely due to low TRPs. He returned to Kapil's show making his audience laugh harder than ever. He later quit The Kapil Sharma Show following an ugly spat with Kapil Sharma.

  • Krushna Abhishek

Krushna Abhishek: The actor and dancer added another feather to his cap by participating in several comedy shows on TV and establishing himself as a versatile stand-up comedian. He was currently seen in 'Comedy Nights Live' and 'Comedy Nights Bachao'. Krushna, who is Govinda's nephew, has also appeared in Bollywood films and has been praised for his performance in 'Bol Bachchan'.

  • Bharti Singh

Bharti Singh: Showing the world that stand-up comedy is not a male bastion, Bharti, a national level gold medalist in pistol shooting and archery, has over 400 stage shows to her credit. Her ability to laugh at herself, mostly about her weight, is endearing. Her performances as Lalli and Golu were a hit with the audience. She was seen entertaining the audience through Comedy Nights Live, Comedy Nights Bachao, The Kapil Sharma Show - Season 2, Bharti Ka Show - Ana Hi Padega and Khatra Khatra Khatra.

  • Kiku Sharda

Kiku Sharda: He has been part of several comedy shows, but his claim to fame has been his character Palak on 'Comedy Nights With Kapil'. He is known for entertaining viewers with his amusing dance style and humour. Kiku Sharda also joined the cast of Family Time With Kapil Sharma and currently is seen in The Kapil Sharma Show - Season 2.

  • Ali Asgar

Ali Asgar: He stepped into the field of acting at an early age, but it was his portrayal of Kamal in the TV soap Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki that made him a household name. He gradually moved on to playing comedy full time and is best known for playing Dadi in 'Comedy Nights With Kapil'. One of his signature antics as Dadi was to plant a kiss on the cheeks of the desirable celebs who come on the show. He featured in Kapil Sharma's show on TV titled The Kapil Sharma Show and later in The Drama Company.

  • Sunil Pal

Sunil Pal: He is the winner of 'The Great Indian Laughter Challenge'. He was the favourite of viewers, who were enthralled by his remarkable ability to impersonate many film actors like Suniel Shetty, Nana Patekar, Sunny Deol, Dharmendra, Naseeruddin Shah, and Irrfan. In addition, his self-created character of the drunkard Ratan Noora was widely admired. Besides the show, he has also appeared in several Bollywood films including Bombay To Goa, Phir Hera Pheri and Kick. He has also produced, written and directed a film called Bhavnao Ko Samjho which is featured in the Guinness Book of World Records for having a record 51 stand-up comedians acting in a single film

  • Sudesh Lehri

Sudesh Lehri: He has made his place among the top stand-up comedians on national television after struggling for a few years. Though already a popular face in Punjabi films and television, he achieved acclaim when he became one of the three finalists on a TV comedy show. Sudesh has done many stage shows and his pairing with Krushna Abhishek is something that the audience loves.

  • Ahsaan Qureshi

Ahsaan Qureshi: Hailing from Seoni, Madhya Pradesh, Ahsaan Qureshi was the 2005 runner-up of The Great Indian Laughter Challenge. Ahsaan has been a stage performer for the last 20 years.
