    Ajit Jain: A graduate from IIT-Kharagpur and a post-graduate from the prestigious Harvard Business School, Ajit Jain has worked for popular firms like IBM India and Mckinsey & Co, before taking over the reigns of Berkshire Hathaway Reinsurance from its CEO Warren Buffet. Jain is known for creating an insurance business with a float of $35 billion and a significant cumulative profit. According to Buffet,it is a feat that no other insurance CEO has achieved.  After the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack, he insured the Sears Tower in Chicago which is one of America's tallest building.

    Sundar Pichai: India-born Sundar Pichai was named the CEO of the technology giant Google in October 2015. Pichai earned his degree from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IIT KGP) in Metallurgical Engineering. He holds an MS from Stanford University in Material Sciences and Engineering and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was named a Siebel Scholar and a Palmer Scholar. On Wednesday, Google named him the CEO of Alphabet, replacing Sergey Brin as the head of the parent firm.

    Ashok Vemuri: Before joining US retail brand Krogers as a board member, Ashok Vemuri was a board member, former president and CEO of iGATE Corporation. He had also been the CEO of Conduent, since the company's formation in 2017. Vemuri has also worked with firms such as Infosys, Deutsche Bank and Bank of America. In 2017, he was honored with the "Pride of Andhra Pradesh" award. He is a physics graduate from St Stephen's College, Delhi, and business management graduate from the IIM-Ahmedabad.

    Satya Nadella: Satya Nadella was appointed as CEO of multinational technology company Microsoft on February 4, 2014. Satya Nadella holds a bachelor's degree in engineering in electronics and communication from Manipal Institute of Technology. He did his Masters in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and an MBA from the University Of Chicago Booth School Of Business.     Laxman Narasimhan: After serving as CEO of PepsiCo Latin America, Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa, Laxman Narasimhan joined US consumer goods firm Reckitt Benckiser Group in September 2019. Prior to this, he worked as CFO of PepsiCo America foods and director of management consulting firm McKinsey & Company. He is a mechanical engineering graduate from Savitribai Phule University in Pune and pursued MA in German and international studies along with MBA from University of Pennsylvania.

    Nikesh Arora: Nikesh Arora has been the CEO of Palo Alto Networks since June 1, 2018. Before joining the company, he served as a former executive in Google and as a president for SoftBank Group. Hailing from Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad, he pursued Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT-Varanasi after which he went on to pursue MBA from Northeastern University. He also did a Master’s Degree in Finance from Boston College.

    Sanjay Mehrotra: Known as the co-founder and president of popular USB flash drive brand Sandisk, Sanjay Mehrotra stepped from the company in 2016 after its acquisition by US computer hard drive manufacturer, Western Digital. Since May 2017, he has been the CEO of another computer hard drive manufacturer Micron Technology. He is an alumni of Birla Institute of Technology and Science and graduated from the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Program (SEP). He is a graduate in electrical engineering and computer science from University of California, Berkeley.

Originally from Hyderabad, India, Shantanu Narayen has an undergraduate degree in electronics engineering, a master's degree in computer science, and an MBA from UC Berkeley.     Indra Nooyi: Indra Nooyi is the former Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo. Born in Chennai, Nooyi worked with Johnson & Johnson. She has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (Calcutta). Indra Nooyi later studied at the prestigious Yale School of Management and went on to join PepsiCo in 1994. Before joining NetApp, George worked as the vice president and general manager of the application networking and switching technology group at Cisco Systems. he has also held the position of vice president at Akamai Technologies, management consulting at McKinsey & Company, and has led software engineering and product management teams at Oracle Corporation. Hailing from Kerala's Kottayam district, he pursued engineering at IIT-Madras, but left six months later to join the prestigious Princeton University.
