Kathryn and Kendra, are 23-year-old identical twins from Sonoma County, California. Together, these twins have taken the world of Instagram by storm. They upload their fitness routines and are fitness athletes who have been pursuing this for the last five years
Kathryn and Kendra fell in love with weightlifting and fitness nearly five years ago when the twin sisters were faced with the decision to quit playing soccer. The twin sisters developed numerous injuries including torn ACL’s resulting in 5 knee surgeries between the two of them.
Kathryn and Kendra's fitness journey started off on a rough note. From doing hours of cardio, low carb diets and settling into prolonged physique plateaus, the two had to undergo many trial and errors.

We decided we didn’t want to be average. We knew that in order to be better we had to make a sacrifice while going through uncomfortable situations (it’s the only way to grow)
We were very comfortable with being uncomfortable, knowing the outcome would be better than before. (Do it for the cut)
This fatloss phase has been Such a breeze, honestly a BREEZE! It’s amazing what your mind and body will do for you when you fuel it properly and aren’t over restricting yourself.
We knew in order to hang on to our strength and hard earned muscle naturally, we needed to take this fat loss phase extremely slow. Rather than going hammer-time right away, dropping calories too quickly, or doing absurd amount of cardio right out of the gate.
(I don't want to hear how you lost 10 lbs in a week... because it is very likely you don’t have a clue of what you’re doing) losing weight is easy, losing body fat while holding on to muscle is a science. Losing 1/2 pound of body a week may not be noticeable in the beginning stages, but boy will you be turning heads when it’s all said and done.
Not good genetics, not luck. Hard ass work, PATIENCE & CONSISTENCY.
Can’t wait to see the final outcome of our cut, we aren’t even close to being done yet. The bulk is F*****G WORTH IT

We take high volume and prolific 20-30 mins before every training session KKFIT to save. Time to kill our back and bicep session."
Kathryn and Kendra love cardio workouts to the maximum. They say, "Love taking our cardio outdoors. We try to do so 1-2 times, cardio seems like so much more of a challenge when you aren’t on a machine. Maybe? Maybe not?! Either or we love it"

Success does not come from what you do occasionally, but from what you do consistently. Reaching your goals, whether it’s fitness related or not, will take sacrifice, discipline, consistency and hard work. Motivation will fade, but that's when you have to remember why you started this journey and how far you've already come. Believe in yourself and your abilities! Your only limit is yourself! LETS GET IT!!
