Prayagraj Kumbh Mela, which begins officially begins from January 15, 2019, will see approximately 12 million visitors descend on Allahabad for the centuries-old festival, as per State authorities in Uttar Pradesh. The festival will span for more than 55 days starting from Tuesday and continues until early March.
