Radhika Bose offers some valuable inputs on how to tone up or lose weight from one's legs. She says that legs have concentrated fat stored. They aren't like the belly or arms, where one can see the fat jiggling. Legs have stubborn compact fat and muscle. They may never be skinny but toned yes! She further advises to take a walk, do some cardio exercises, cycle, swim, run or anything but just do it
Radhika Bose says that she isn't spiritual but states, "I do love the whole concept of body mind and soul and how all three are interconnected." She quotes:
I like the simple pleasures of life
Sitting sipping wine watching a movie
Laying in the pool drifting
Train journeys with my current favourite music playing on loop
Candy floss, I love candy floss
Sitting in a cafe watching the world go by
Walking side by side with no words being exchanged
I like the simple pleasures of life
If only I could like simple people
But my heart and head always fall for the most complex complicated lot
Do you like the simple pleasures of life?

Radhika Bose's sole aim of her blog 'Yogasini' and her Instagram pictures is not to preach or flaunt but to inspire others to follow yoga and adapt it in their daily life for health benefits. Radhika quotes:
You can yell at us
Chase us with sticks
Get us arrested
Boast about your power
Force us to bribe you
But you cannot
From making our art - Let me hear a 'hell ya!!' in the comments
In the file photo, Radhika Bose poses in a two-piece bikini as she captions this photo: I am neither skinny nor fat and FYI both those terms are offensive on certain levels. I have no wish to grow muscles like a man, nor look like a leggy supermodel. I am 5’4 that’s any way out of the question. More often women around the world are told how to look.
Try this latest diet to look like this celebrity.
Want flawless skin like this famous person, who probably has a crew taking care of her from top to bottom.
Want fuller lips, fuller breasts, fullers a** ???
Must go under the knife then.
We are constantly told to fix ourselves as if something is wrong with us in the first place
Have I fallen for this gimmick?
You bet I have!
It takes a lot to love yourself when we are often told to hate how we look.
Now, I just love my body for what it is. It probably doesn’t fit any mainstream type but its me. I’ll never have a big butt, and that’s absolutely fine. I am good at maintaining my abs. I’ll always have thunder thighs, big deal.
People will ask you to change your body to soothe their sensibilities. I say to hell with those people.
Don’t let your body define you
You define your body
In the file photo, Radhika Bose attempts the Chakrasan pose in her hotel room. In one of her post where she looks flawless and stunning she captions her entire life in one go:
I started dancing at 4
I was 5 when I did my first dance recital
I got horse riding lessons at 10
I was playing tennis at 12
I had an art teacher every year
And one day I left all of it
I wasn’t forced
But I had to concentrate on getting that 90%
I gave up everything I loved
I was eventually the school topper
Bachelors in history
Masters in Filmmaking
And never did I dance again
No horses for me
I haven’t held a racket in 15 odd years
My art is doodling now
And one day, I realised that I hated whatever I was doing in life
Crashed and burned
I couldn’t see a future and my past was a bunch of regrets.
I started from scratch and this time I did everything I ever wanted to do
Also, I was older, so one to bully me around
This time there were no regrets
This time was my time
Every day goes by and I thank the universe for letting me crash
Because otherwise, I would have never gotten my time
Go find your time
Radhika Bose really known how to rhyme too... Check this out!
You scare me
I often hear men tell me
I smile coyly
That was the intent my lovely
For you assume I'll play nice
Pretend to laugh at your lame lines
Boy they may fly with other dames
The usual games
But boy I see you for who you are
Now see me for what I am
Radhika Bose, also known as Yogasini has become quite popular and the most followed yogini on Instagram in a short period of time. She captions this pic: Yoga day cannot be just one day in your life. Yoga is not a trend, yoga is a way of life.
It’s not a sport, it’s not your insta picture.
It’s daily practise.
It’s failing over and over again till you nail it
It’s patience , it’s listening to your body and mind
It’s letting go off everything holding you back
It’s isn’t easy and it’s not temporary
Happy Yoga day
Let this day be a start of your yoga journey
Radhika Bose through her blog 'Yogasini' gives 10 reasons why you shouldn't work out. She writes, "Never workout if your significant other thinks you’re putting on weight or getting a tad too chubby. Dump the significant other. No one has the right to comment on your body but you. NO ONE. This also includes those pesky friends we all have; you know the ones who make it a point to comment on your love handles. Dump them too. If these people are forcing you to hit that mat, I say don’t !"
Radhika Bose: This picture was taken post puke session and pre about to collapse again. Leave a comment if you too had a similar mountain experience. I don’t want to feel alone in this. Ladakh was out of this world but took quite a toll on my body. But Instagram ke liye yoga pose karna toh banta hein, even though I exerted myself a bit too much. If you are visiting Ladakh for the first time, take care of your body first
In this file photo, Radhika Bose looks stunning as she poses with some fairy lights. She captions the pic: Shot in complete darkness and some fairy lights with Galaxy S9 plus

She captions this one: My goal is to fall in love with everything that I am and everything I am not. We criticise ourselves so much we forget to love ourselves and if don’t love ourselves how can we expect others to love us. Leave a ‘I love me ‘ in the comments if you believe in this
Radhika Bose: About to rip my really skinny jeans moment in the middle of the town square in Prague. The so-called influencer life. Tell me one thing, do we really go on vacations anymore or is it just Insta-vacay
Radhika Bose captions: Trying out Juru yoga mat with chakra prints
In this file photo, Radhika Bose is seen posing with her stunning two-piece bikini with hues of by Amante India. Here's what she wrote: If you have it, flaunt it and even if you don’t have it still bloody flaunt! Confidence all the way
Radhika Bose: A little bit of Yoga and some peace in the world and in your life will go a long way! What do you think? Does this statement make any sense to you?
Besides yoga, Radhika Bose has also tried other forms of fitness as well. Radhika quotes: You are the force to be reckoned with
You are the warrior with all the scars on display
You are the woman who stood and stood tall to what she believed in
You are much more than your anatomy
You are much more than the role assigned to you
Your presence will be felt even when you’ll leave the world
You are the force to be reckoned with - To all my female followers never forget that
Radhika Bose wasn't a yogini as many might wonder. Through her blog Yogasini, she reveals that she was I was a shy, timid, under-confident, and suffering from social anxiety kind of person.
Radhika Bose captions this one: I workout only for myself. Not to ape a trending body image, not for someone, not even for Instagram. I workout because I care and love my body and so should you.
Radhika Bose quotes: Little birdie told me a secret
If you wait a little longer
And have some patience
Always be true to yourself and others
You will get your happy ending
If not an ending
Than definitely a beginning
Ps- I am petrified of birds, snakes and fishes
What animal are you scared of?
Radhika Bose performed a handstand and had something to say about it: It took me a year to master the supported handstand, without the initial jump. I still struggle with it at time. Some people can nail it within a day and some struggle for a long time. I am definitely one of the strugglers. Everybody is different, so don’t get disheartened and give up on the practise. I know it sounds very preachy when people say that it’s the journey that counts and to be honest at times that journey is hella irritating. But once you reach the destination, it’s a whole lot of fun. Next stop a proper handstand. What is your next fitness goal?
Radhika Bose also has humour to her. She says in this photo: I often get sms asking ‘how do I get your body’. Well for starters, you gotta workout and not just depend on diets. I eat everything under the sun in moderations, including a piece of chocolate a day.
Secondly, don’t expect an overnight miracle, you won’t become Gigi Hadid after one workout session. There will be ups and downs, and days that will frustrate you. I still have those days, even after working out 2 hours a day, 6 days a week.
Instagram fitness models should not be your benchmark. I don’t want to throw shade at anyone, but don’t always believe what you see. There is no easy way out, no quick fixes and finally please don’t follow a body type trend and more importantly don’t do things your body is not ready for just because it’s a fitness trend - enough gyan for today
Radhika Bose quotes again: She was fierce. She was simple. She was crazy and always had something to say. She had flaws, but when she was down she got right back up. She was a beast in her own way but one word described her best…Strong!
