Born on March 03, 1987, Shraddha Kapoor is the daughter of famous actor Shakti Kapoor. Shraddha's mother Shivangi Kapoor is popular 80s actress Padmini Kolhapure's sister. Shraddha Kapoor was born and raised in Mumbai. She went to Jamnabai Narsee School and later shifted to the American School of Bombay, where she was schoolmate with Tiger Shroff, Athiya Shetty and Zoa Morani.

Shraddha Kapoor was 23 when she made her Bollywood debut. She first acted in the 2010 drama Teen Patti, alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Ben Kingsley and R. Madhavan. Though the film was not critically acclaimed nor did any good at the Box Office, her performance was better received.

After Teen Patti, Shraddha Kapoor was seen in Luv Ka The End, which was quite liked by the college-going audience, mostly. However, it didn't really do up to the mark at the Box Office.
