Suvi Chaudhary has trained in various types of yoga fitness courses like Pregnancy yoga, Acupressure, Therapeutic yoga, Face Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga TTC which she mastered at Mysore
Ashtang Yoga consists of 200 and 300 hours of training into Ashtanga Yoga. After pursuing this course, Suvi Chaudhary started her career as a trainer. Her first job was at Talwalkar's Gym
Suvi Chaudhary says, "In 2009 when I quit my call centre job because of extreme back pain. I did all medical treatments then one of my friend suggested me to do yoga. My financial condition was not so good to hire a personal yoga teacher at home so I decided to do certification yoga course for myself to be fit and I took my first step into yoga world."
The methodology and the ability to teach or train yoga is like an inbuilt talent for Suvi Chaudhary. Almost each and every members she trained got a positive feedback regarding their health
Suvi Chaudhary says,"I was jobless but I was a certified yoga teacher and first I started teaching to my friend she gave me lot of confidence because she just loved the way of my teaching and she encouraged me a lot to become a yoga teacher and I felt if I can share my knowledge with people which will help them to be healthy then why should I can’t take it as a career also.. and then I decided to start teaching yoga."
About Yoga for new mothers, Suvi Chaudhary says, "Yoga is very helpful for new moms because it helps them to cure physical pain and mental stress of post delivery, as well as it boost immune system and gives sound sleep that’s what all needed for new moms which other form of exercise can’t give."
When is it a good time to start youg? you ask, Suvi says, "There is never late to start your yoga journey. Yoga is for everyone don't wait for tomorrow or don't regret for yesterday. This is the moment where you have to start."
When can a person expect to see changes in their weight and demeanor with the practice of yoga? Suvi Chaudhary says, "It depends on how disciplined they are with their practice and diet but if person is hitting the mat everyday for an hour and do balance diet within a month they can see positive changes physically and mentally."
What is Suvi Chaudhary's motivation? Suvi Chaudhary says, "My yoga posts on social media and the response I get from people. The shower of love I receive everyday keeps me motivated to be fit and stick to my diet but I do cheat day 2 times in a week."

When Suvi Chaudhary was pregnant, she had to take a break for two years due to some complications in the pregnancy. She was approached by her old student who requested her to restart teaching Yoga
Suvi Chaudhary started teaching Ashtanga Yoga in 2015. She didn't have many students initially but her skills got recognised and then the number of students increased. She now teaches Ashtanga Yoga at her place, different schools, and workshops.
When asked how difficult is it to manage your fitness regimen and home front, Suvi Chaudhary replied, "Well it is very challenging to manage my fitness regime and house. I have a 5 year-old-son I have to look after him, his study, my husband, everything at home and still pulling out some time for self practice and classes too it's way too much challenging and new challenges everyday but I love my life the way it is."

Suvi Chaudhary says, "You get motivated to be fit and keep others fit. You get proper knowledge of yogasana which you can perform alone anytime in life and teach others. You become more confident because of your yoga practice."
Suvi Chaudhary says, "You feel positively around you always because yoga practice cleanse your body, soul, mind. Your body and your mind gets detoxed because of efforts you take on mat to perform yogasana. This is surely miracle if you take efforts to learn during the yoga course."
