This is Anil Kumble's first assignment as head coach of the Indian cricket team.

Virat Kohli returns to the West Indies -- where he made his Test debut -- after five years as the team's captain and premier batsman.
Virat Kohli was part of the India squad that last toured the Caribbean islands for a Test series in 2011. They had at that time clinched the series 1-0, after winning the opening game at Kingston and drawing the other two matches in Bridgetown and Roseau.
