    Donald Bradman (Australia): 'The Don' was the second cricketer to score a triple ton and overtook Sandham by posting the highest score at the time in his match against England three months later in July 1930. He scored 334 runs. He was also the first cricketer to score two triple centuries in cricket, the second one being 304 runs.     Virender Sehwag (India): Sehwag went down in history when he became the first and only Indian to score a triple century in a Test during the match against Pakistan on 29 March 2004 at Multan. He scored 309. He is also among the four cricketers to score triple centuries on two occasions. He scored 319 runs against South Africa, 4 years later. (Pic/ Suresh K.K.)

    Chris Gayle (West Indies): The hard-hitting Gayle was yet another Windies batsman to score a triple ton in Tests when he posted 317 against South Africa on 29th April 2005. He scored another triple ton (333) against Sri Lanka 5 years later.     Brian Lara (West Indies): The left-handed iconic batsman has the distinction of scoring two triple centuries. He broke Sobers' 36-year old record in 1994 during a Test against England on 16 April when he scored 375 runs. Lara is the only cricketer to score a quadruple century, when he scored 400 runs, 10 years later against the same team and at the same venue.     Len Hutton (England): English batsman Len Hutton had the distinction of not only scoring a triple century but also breaking Bradman's highest score as he posted 364 in the match against Australia on 20th August 1938.
