24-year-old from drought-hit village rows his way to Rio Olympics

A 24-year-old man from a tiny drought-hit village, Talegaon, in Maharashtra is setting new bars for the youth. Indian rower Dattu Bhokanal has qualified for men's singles sculls category after finishing second in the Asia/Oceania Olympic Qualification Regatta in Chungju, South Korea.
