Arvind Subramanian hails govt's direct transfer policy as 'game changer'

Chief Economic Advisor of India, Arvind Subramanian hailed the central government’s Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme as 'game changer'. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had launched a scheme last August to end 'financial untouchability', an ambitious project to enable tens of millions to have access to bank.
