Car bomb blast killed 28 people in Ankara

A car bomb blast killed at least 28 people in the Turkish capital of Ankara on Wednesday night. Turkey's Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmus said the explosion, which targeted an army convoy, injured at least 61 people.
