In Season 2 of The Guide Connects, Mid-day set up culinary game changers Riyaaz Amlani and Gresham Fernandes on a date with F&B enthusiasts from IHM Dadar and Don Bosco Inst. of Hotel Mgmt, for an afternoon that was part masterclass, part interview, and entirely fun.
