Activists of Shiv Sena shut down around 50 percent of meat shops in Haryana’s Gurugram during Hindu festival Navratri. While talking to ANI, Spokesperson Rituraj said they had given a memorandum to the District administration demanding shutting down of illegal meat shops but they didn’t pay any heed to their demands. Meat markets in Surat Nagar, Ashok Vihar, Pataudi Chowk and Sadar Bazaar among several other localities in the city were forced to shut down.
