U.N. court says India should release Italian sailor

A U.N. arbitration court ruled that India should release an Italian marine, who has been detained in Delhi for more than four years, and allow him to return home. Foreign Ministry spokesman Vikas Swarup said Girone may return to Italy while remaining under authority of India's top court, as per the U.N. court ruling.
