Emraan Hashmi's Why Cheat India and Arshad Warsi's Fraud Saiyaan have hit the theaters today. Why Cheat India is apparently based on a real conman who games the system for profit by getting smarter students to take examinations for the undeserving candidates. The film also stars Shreya Dhanwantary and Snighadeep Chatterjee. Fraud Saiyyan is a story of a con artist who is juggling between multiple wives so he can live off their money. The film also features Saurabh Shukla in a pivotal role. 72 Hours: Martyr Who Never Died is based on the historic Indo-China war happened in 1962.
