World's 'cheapest' smartphone launched in India

A little-known handset manufacturer, Ringing Bells, launched what is being called as the world's cheapest smartphone, priced at Rs 251. The smartphone is called Freedom 251 and it is in line with the government's 'Make in India' initiative.
