Carrick will be in charge Saturday for a game at Chelsea in the Premier League, a person familiar with the club`s decision told The Associated Press on Tuesday [{ "selector": ".imaoe-a", "duration": "1000ms", "fill": "forwards", "keyframes": [ {"offset": 0, "transform": "translateX(-309px)", "opacity": "1"}, {"offset": 1, "transform": "translateX(0)", "opacity": "1"} ] }]

The former United star will get the chance to turn results around, the person said on condition of anonymity [{ "selector": ".imaoe-a", "duration": "1000ms", "fill": "forwards", "keyframes": [ {"offset": 0, "transform": "translateX(-309px)", "opacity": "1"}, {"offset": 1, "transform": "translateX(0)", "opacity": "1"} ] }]

Two bad losses and poor performances against well-run, low-budget opponents in the past week have pushed Carrick close to being fired [{ "selector": ".imaoe-a", "duration": "1000ms", "fill": "forwards", "keyframes": [ {"offset": 0, "transform": "translateX(-309px)", "opacity": "1"}, {"offset": 1, "transform": "translateX(0)", "opacity": "1"} ] }]
