The School Bus Owners' Association, a state-wide organisation representing school bus operators, in a circular on Thursday, said that school bus fees will no longer be accepted through UPI from October 15

The incident was reported at 10.24 pm from Hostel No 6 on the Powai campus. According to the press release, the incident was reported by Rajawadi Hospital, following which police and BMC ward staff were mobilised

The action also covers Cognizant, Capgemini, Microsoft and Adobe. It prevents the companies from filing new permanent labour certification applications and halts the processing of pending applications under the programme
