Adnan Sami: This singer's weight loss is now the stuff of legends. In June 2006, Adnan weighed 206 kg and according to him, his doctor said he was giving him just six months to live! However, Adnan was determined to survive and miraculously lost 107 kg in 9 months.

Rhea Kapoor: Sonam Kapoor's stylish sister Rhea was a bit on the plump side a few years ago. But now, Rhea Kapoor has shown the world her lean side. Apparently, Rhea tried the Keto diet, which has resulted in this superb transformation. To share her flab to fab story, Rhea also went live on social media with her nutritionist Karishma Boolani and spoke at length about her Keto diet and how it helped her shed the extra kilos.

Sara Ali Khan: Barring a few loyal fans and ardent followers, not many people know how the Love Aaj Kal actress looked like before entering Bollywood. Sara struggled with her weight before entering Bollywood and worked really hard to shed the extra kilos. Well, her transformation from flab to fab is truly inspiring.

Ram Kapoor: In July 2019, Ram Kapoor shared this picture of his drastic transformation that left his fans startled. In the picture shared on social media by Ram Kapoor, he looked much leaner than he has over the past few years.

Karan Johar: The filmmaker lost 17 kilos in 4 months. His diet and fitness regime was designed by his weight loss trainer and fitness consultant Kunal Gir. It was Karan Johar's friend Ranbir Kapoor who recommended his personal trainer, Gir, when KJo was left impressed with Ranbir's transformation for Sanjay Dutt's biopic.

Ganesh Acharya: Bollywood's ace choreographer Ganesh Acharya shed a whopping 85 kg in one and a half years. It was unbelievable that at one point he weighed 200 kgs. Losing weight wasn't a piece of cake for Ganesh, but he took one and a half year to lose it all through a proper workout regime and regular gymming.

Arti Singh: The Bigg Boss fame TV celeb shared her flab to fab story on Instagram. Here's what she wrote: Hey Abbie..(abs ) Finally now I can see you little little... you are surely on the way and coming very very soon! Till then for everyone here’s the first photo which was taken on the 15th of march and the other one was today..! I just want to say that I know it's not the best but slowly and steadily I will get there soon. I have shed 5 kgs from the 15th of March till now. Aur aisa nahi hai ki koi pathhar tode! I am into 50 minutes of yoga and 40 minutes of brisk walking every alternate day. And definitely the biggest fight between all the exercises has been the late night cravings. Every night I feel like hogging maybe because of the boredom and also the stressful situation right now. And as you all might know, I am an emotional eater and that's why I had put on 8 kgs inside the big boss house. Like everyone one I also have #CheatDay and you all won’t believe that on my birthday I ate so much, including Chinese food that I was craving for. I don't kill myself by not eating what I want, so I do hog once a week. I actually salute people who are consistent with their diet! Himesh Reshammiya: The singer-turned-actor had a lot of excess fat (left) until a couple of years back. Now (right), he looks fit as a fiddle.

Bhumi Pednekar: Bhumi Pednekar's transformation will amaze you! She lost over 27 kg since completing her debut film's shoot. She went on to star in successful films like Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, Shubh Mangal Saavdhan and Sonchiriya.

Arjun Kapoor: Arjun Kapoor before (l) and after (r). His transformation is amazing, don't you agree? Arjun Kapoor was almost 140 kg before he forayed into acting, but leading a 'balanced' lifestyle helped him lose excess weight.

Zareen Khan: Zareen Khan posted her pictures of when she used to be overweight and said that she never bothered about people's negative comments about her body. The actress has lost oodles of weight now and is training under fitness trainer Abbas Ali. A lot of youngsters have approached Zareen at the gym where she works out and on social networking websites asking her about the secret to weight loss. While she believes determination is important to achieve a goal her main message to the youth is never to go on a crash diet.

Kareena Kapoor Khan: It's hard to believe that Kareena Kapoor Khan who created ripples with her size zero look and started its trend in Bollywood actually weighed over 70 kg just a few years ago. However, she took to power yoga and a healthy lifestyle and knocked off those kilos.

Alia Bhatt: She too went from flabby to fantastic for her debut in Karan Johar's Student of the Year, co-produced by Shah Rukh Khan.

Parineeti Chopra: Parineeti Chopra was a bit too chubby when she entered Bollywood (left). It hasn't taken her long to move closer to the zero-figure range.

Sonam Kapoor: Sonam Kapoor weighed a good 90 kg before her debut Saawariya. However, the determined lass lost 30 kg and is currently known as one of the most stylish actresses in Bollywood.

Sonakshi Sinha: Sonakshi Sinha also was an overweight teen. The Dabangg actress lost 26 kg and there is a lot of difference from how she was earlier and how she looks today.

Adhyayan Suman: Adhyayan Suman, who flaunted his six-pack look in the film Raaz: The Mystery Continues, used to weigh 110 kg before he hit the treadmill with a vengeance.

Masaba Gupta: Fashion designer Masaba Gupta lost 10 kilos thanks to yoga and an Ayurveda health resort. Masaba Gupta checked into the clinic in January 2016 for help with various issues, primarily her post-marriage weight gain. She stuck to the methods taught there for the entire year. The result was a new approach to health and food. The designer reduced her size to UK 8-10 from UK 14-16.

Jackky Bhagnani: Jackky Bhagnani may not have done brilliantly as an actor yet, but he has passed a bigger test in real life. His transformation from fat (l) to fab (r) is as amazing as the tales of the bigger stars.

Farah Khan: Farah Khan looks distinctly slimmer and fitter (right) than she was a few years ago.
