Demi Lovato opted for an off-shoulder shiny black bodycon dress with a plunging neckline. She completed the look with a diamond-studded neckpiece.
Couple Riko Shibata and Nicolas Cage posed together wearing coordinated black outfits. Cage sported a classic black tuxedo, while Shibata walked the red carpet in a black and grey structured gown.

Billie Eilish (left) appeared in a coded Barbie-themed ensemble. She wore a white button-down shirt underneath a black blazer, a knee-length tweed skirt, a Chanel bag, white socks and Mary Janes heels. Danielle Brooks (right) walked the red carpet wearing a Dolce & Gabbana satin corset gown.
Ryan Gosling (left) walked the red carpet in a custom black Gucci suit with silver metallic detailing. Chris Hemsworth (right) donned a classic black tuxedo. Underneath his black blazer, Hemsworth wore a crisp-white shirt.
Jennifer Lawrence (left) turned heads with her old-fashioned polka-dotted off-shoulder gown from Christian Dior Haute Couture’s Spring 2024 collection. Maitreyi Ramakrishnan (right) aced the thigh-high slit black and white gown that had a scooped neckline overlay, a white bodice and a huge bow that made her look stunning.
Sandra Hüller (left) donned a wearable piece of art. Her off-shoulder black gown with a brooch at the centre of her neckline made her look elegant. Eva Longoria’s (right) ensemble featured a trailing train and a dramatic neckline. She completed the look with a wrap-around neckpiece that elevated her entire look.
Issa Rae opted for black outfits at both, the Oscar event and the after-party. For the awards show she opted for a deep neck silky, high-slit black gown. For the after-party, she opted for a black dress with a touch of white on one side of the shoulder.
