As per the SAMEER app dashboard, many areas across Mumbai showed 'moderate' AQI. Worli recorded 'moderate' air quality with an AQI of 102. Borivali also recorded 'moderate' air quality with an AQI of 111. PIC/NIMESH DAVE
Meanwhile, Deonar and Colaba recorded 'poor' air quality, with an AQI of 210 and 258, respectively. PIC/NIMESH DAVE

According to data from the SAMEER app, Navi Mumbai recorded air quality in the 'moderate' category with an AQI of 178, while Thane registered a 'good' AQI of 97. PIC/ASHISH RAJE
The air quality index from 0 to 100 is considered 'good', 100 to 200 'moderate', 200 to 300 'poor', 300 to 400 'very poor' and from 400 to 500 or above 'severe'. PIC/ASHISH RAJE
On Thursday, Mumbai had recorded 'good' AQI at 88, while on Wednesday and Friday, it remained in the 'moderate' category, recording AQI of 130 and 122. PIC/ASHISH RAJE

According to the latest Mumbai weather updates from IMD, the Colaba weather station, representative of the Island City, recorded a maximum temperature of 35 degrees Celsius, 1.3 degrees Celsius above normal, while the minimum temperature stood at 26.4 degrees Celsius.
