Ashadhi Ekadashi, also known as Shayani Ekadashi, is a significant Hindu festival celebrated during the month of Ashadh (June-July)

A key part of the celebration is the Ashadhi Ekadashi Waari, a pilgrimage to Pandharpur, a holy city in Maharashtra, where devotees pay homage to Lord Vitthal (an incarnation of Lord Vishnu)
