Some visitors were seen carrying umbrellas, wearing caps, and drinking water to stay cool

At Colaba, the maximum temperature was recorded at 32.5 degrees Celsius, which is 0.1 degrees Celsius above normal

Local vendors offered water bottles, cold drinks, and shaded spots to help people cope with the weather

Relative humidity was recorded at 81 per cent in the morning and is expected to drop to 60 per cent by evening

The IMD on Saturday predicted a partly cloudy sky over the city and suburbs on Saturday and Sunday

The visitors were seen exploring the area and buying snacks from street vendors
