Meanwhile, Mumbai Police on Wednesday issued a traffic advisory ahead of PM Modi's rally in Mumbai.  PM Modi will be addressing a public rally organised by the Raj Thackeray-led Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) on May 17 at Shivaji Park in Dadar
