Trains are running normally, albeit with delays, following increased rainfall after 3 pm. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a red alert for the next few hours
The first heavy showers of the season led to several delays and cancellations of trains on the Central Line
The Central Railway said as on Monday 4 pm, 20 services were short-terminated at Dadar or Parel on the Main Line
On the Harbour Line, 30 services were cancelled owing to suspension of traffic between 10.30 am and 11.30 am between Vadala Road and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT)
