The water pipeline burst in Mumbai's Bandra has once again damaged the road near Lucky Junction, affecting the traffic movement on SV Road

The civic officials later rushed to the spot to manage the situation and carry out repair work

Mid-day had earlier reported about the incidents that took place at the same spot and BMC had placed metal-sheets at the affected stretches. Following a series of reports on the risky patch, the civic officials had repaired the caved-in parts on the busy street

The waterlogging caused disruption to traffic movement on the busy road

Some locals and commuters also took to social media to report the incident

The Mumbai Traffic Police also alerted the motorists regarding traffic disruptions on the busy Bandra road

In a post on X, the police said that the traffic movement has slowed down at Lucky Junction in Bandra on the southbound stretch after a water pipeline burst in the area

On Friday evening, BMC officials began repair works at the spot
