A total of 1.7 crore voters are eligible to cast their votes this election
Voting will be conducted through Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) and ballot units, while VVPATs will not be used
Each municipal council will have a single-member ward, and a total of 13,355 polling stations will be set up across the state
Over 66,775 election officers and staff will be deployed to manage the election process
Waghmare informed that the process of filing nominations for the elections will begin on November 10, 2025. The last date for filing nomination papers will be November 17
