The Union Home Minister also met with those injured on ground after the plane crashed into the complex of a hostel

He also visited the site where the plane crash incident occurred and urged authorities to conduct a thorough investigation into the matter

The AI171 Boeing Dreamliner 787-8, en route to London's Gatwick, crashed shortly after taking off from Ahmedabad International Airport

Speaking to the media, Shah said that the temperature in the plane was so high due to burning fuel that there was no chance to save anyone

Out of the 242 individuals on board the aircraft, 169 were Indians, 53 were British, seven were Portuguese, and one was a Canadian national
