During his visit to Australia, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh visited HMAS Kuttabul, a key Royal Australian Navy (RAN) base located at Potts Point in Sydney, New South Wales.

Rajnath Singh was received by Australia's Assistant Minister for Defence, Peter Khalil.

During the visit, the Defence Minister was briefed on the operational capabilities and infrastructure of the Royal Australian Navy. 

Rajnath Singh, while addressing the India-Australia Defence Industry Round Table in Sydney, co-chaired with Australia's Assistant Minister for Defence.

Rajnath Singh further said the bilateral relationship between the two countries has grown remarkably in recent years through sustained high-level engagements and expanding strategic alignment.

Rajnath Singh, before leaving, also extended an invitation to Australian companies to partner with Indian businesses and co-produce high-end products.
