Meanwhile, an opposition resolution seeking the removal of Om Birla as Speaker was defeated on March 10 after a two-day debate
On Sunday, Birla expressed “deep concern” over the display of banners, placards, posters, and the use of inappropriate language by some MPs inside the House. He urged leaders of all parties to maintain discipline and uphold ethical conduct among their members
