In the third ODI match against Pakistan, South Africa's Quinton de Kock played a knock of 53 runs in 70 balls. His knock was laced with six boundaries and a maximum

With this, he became the fifth batsman for South Africa to accomplish the feat of completing 7000 runs in One-Day Internationals (ODIs)

The four South African batsmen who have achieved the feat before him are Jacques Kallis, AB de Villiers, Hashim Amla, and Herschelle Gibbs

Currently, in 158 ODIs for the Proteas, Quinton has amassed 7009 runs, including 22 tons and 32 half-centuries

The 32-year-old batsman also surpassed Graeme Smith (6989) to become the fifth South African batsman in the 50-over format
