During the first Test match against Zimbabwe, South Africa's premier spinner Keshav Maharaj claimed three wickets by conceding 70 runs in 16.4 overs (Pic: File Pic)
With this, he achieved the feat of becoming the first-ever South African spinner to complete 200 wickets in the longest format of the game (Pic: File Pic)
Additionally, in the absence of regular skipper Temba Bavuma, Maharaj has been assigned the captaincy duties of the 'Rainbow Nation' (Pic: X/@ICC)
The 35-year-old also became the ninth South African to enter the 200 Test wickets club.
