Dancers of KathakBeats Dazzle with Grace and Precision at Kalabhoomi 2024

Kalabhoomi 2 the event concluded with a standing ovation as all the students took the stage for a final act, receiving accolades for their stellar performances.

The event opened with a grand Ganapati Aarti piece presented by the curator of the event herself - Sanika Prabhu whose disciplined movements reflected years of training and passion.
In a display of grace, dedication, and artistic brilliance students of Kathakbeats captivated a full house on Saturday at Master Deeenanth Mangeshkar Natyagruha, Vile Parle for Kalabhoomi 2024-a classical Kathak dance event. The event organized by Kathakbeats and presented by URivergate Karjat, drew attention not only for the skill of the performers but for the deep cultural significance woven into each routine which was curated by Sanika Prabhu. The event opened with a grand Ganapati Aarti piece presented by the curator of the event herself - Sanika Prabhu whose disciplined movements reflected years of training and passion. The event was graced by the presence of several distinguished guests, including Sudhesh Bhosale, Neha Sargam, Aditi Bhagwat, Aetashaa Sansgiri and Kathak Guru Manjiri Deo and Taalmani Pt. Mukundraj Deo. Their attendance added a touch of prestige, as they praised the young dancers for their dedication to the classical art form of kathak.
The next set was led by Sanika’s Guru Nritya Alankar Harshada Jambekar along with her students Anushka Ghag, Radhika Joshi and Samiksha Malankar, who executed the Teentaal piece with complete precision, earning the audience’s applause from the very beginning. This was a complete Nrutya based dance set and included the nuances of Anga, Upaanga and Pratyanga.
