In a recent Instagram post Kanthi Dutt mentioned Rizwan Sajan, the kind of real estate and founder of Danube Homes to be his inspiration for his upcoming venture. There are speculations around his next venture being in the real estate domain. Various sources also claim that Dutt’s father is primarily into real estate. Dutt stated “Very early in my career, my dad once said, Most millionaires become so through real estate”.

It has come to spotlight about shut down of SustainKart through a statement that Kanthi Dutt shared on his social media. He mentioned, “Despite all the best efforts we have put into the start-up, the company did not perform well”. SustainKart was founded by Shilpa Reddy and Kanthi Dutt, basis Shilpa Reddy’s interest in sustainability. After raising two rounds of seed funding of half a million dollars the company has shut its operations. He also stated that he repents about partnering with India Accelerator, a Delhi based startup accelerator that allegedly has no successful start-ups in its kitty.
