Celebrated Beauty Scientist Dr Shagun Gupta is credited for introducing the high-end Permanent Makeup PMU technology in India 2 decades ago after acquiring mastery from Russia, USA, Japan, Thailand and UK. Graduated from GIA, London, this certified Cosmetologist from USA received her Master’s degree in Anti-Ageing & Ayurveda followed by Ph.D in Cell Molecular Biology.
A proud moment for India is that Dr Shagun Gupta has been invited for joining PMU Tokyo Summit 2025 as a chief guest and co-organizer where she would be addressing world’s most influential celebrities on beauty, micropigmentation and advanced cosmetic techniques.
