The 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID), a Maharatna CPSU under the Ministry of Power, Government of India, was convened through virtual mode on 26th August 2025.

Vamsi Rama Mohan Burra, Director (Projects), Dr. Saibaba Darbamulla, Government Nominee Director, Sh. Abhay Bakre, Government Nominee Director, Sh. Shiv Tapasya Paswan, Independent Director, Sh. Rohit Vaswani, Independent Director, and Smt. Sajal Jha, Independent Director. Hon’ble President’s representatives and shareholders were connected through the virtual mode.
