The Indian hospitality industry is experiencing an unprecedented boom, and experts are predicting this is only the beginning of a multi-year growth trajectory. Capitalizing on this momentum, Sankhadeep Dutta, a renowned serial entrepreneur, is gearing up to launch his own chain of hotels in September this year. Dutta, who has already established successful brands in the Ed-tech and food sectors, is now diversifying his business empire by venturing into the hospitality industry.

In a recent announcement, Dutta revealed his plans to begin his hotel business with two properties in Manali, Himachal Pradesh. Additionally, he has set his sights on expanding into Jammu and Kashmir, where his maiden property is slated to open in the early half of next year. With a goal to open five hotels by the end of 2025, Dutta's ambitious expansion plan includes properties in some of India’s most sought-after tourist destinations-Manali, Kashmir, Goa, Amritsar, and Rajasthan.
