The Gujarat Giants (GG) have their Women's Premier League (WPL 2025) campaign back on track with a clinical performance against the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB). The Gujarat-based side clinched a comprehensive six-wicket win over the defending champions at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru, on Thursday, February 27.
After electing to field first, the Giants restricted the opposition to 125/7 in 20 overs, courtesy of tidy spells from Tanuja Kanwar, Deondra Dottin, Kashvee Gautam and skipper Ashleigh Gardner. The 27-year-old Kanwar was the pick of the bowlers, finishing with impressive figures of 4-0-16-2.
