Hospitality brand VD Rooms has announced an ambitious expansion plan to scale its portfolio from over 150 rooms to more than 500 rooms within the next three years, aiming to capitalize on rising demand across India’s Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Founded by Chandan Yadav, the company currently operates across key localities in Surat-Adajan, Althan, and Vesu-where it has established a strong presence in the mid-market hospitality segment. With a growing base of business and leisure travelers, VD Rooms has positioned itself as a provider of affordable yet standardized accommodations.

Expansion Strategy - The Company’s growth will be driven by a cluster-based expansion model, focusing on building density within cities before entering new markets. This approach, already tested in Surat, is expected to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen local brand recall. As part of its expansion roadmap, VD Rooms is exploring opportunities in cities such as Vadodara, Indore, and Jaipur, where demand for reliable mid-segment hotels continues to grow.
