With the increasing digitization of commerce, Indian Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) are no longer confined to local or national markets-they are looking outward, tapping into international demand for everything from textiles and electronics to handicrafts and spices. 

India is home to approximately 6.33 crore micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs)-a sector that forms the backbone of the country’s economy. The number of registered SMBs rose by 18.5% year-on-year, from 21.21 lakh units in 2019 to 25.13 lakh units in 2020. As this vibrant ecosystem continues to grow, the demand for streamlined, tech-enabled logistics is more critical than ever.
