A lunch-table argument at a Bengaluru WeWork, a weekend side project, and a record-setting election season later - the story of Swapnil Verma and Adams AI.

Swapnil Verma on stage, presenting Adams AI’s work on one of the largest voice-AI deployments of India’s 2026 election season.
Two years ago, Swapnil Verma had what most Indian parents would call the perfect textbook career: a senior role at Wells Fargo, a comfortable high-paying tech job, predictable appraisals, weekend brunches, and the quiet security of an MNC badge.
This January, the 26-year-old stood under the lights of a major AI summit in Delhi as co-founder and keynote speaker - accepting, alongside her co-founder Dushyant Panchal, a “Category Creator: AI for Politics” award for a company that has changed how outreach is done in Indian election campaigns.
