1. What inspired you to create Recipe Cup, and how does it differentiate itself from other Food-Tech platforms in the market?
My profound passion for food was ignited during a trip to Mumbai, where I encountered the remarkable street-side stalls operated by long-standing vendors. These establishments, known for their exceptional offerings, seemed to be less frequented than in the past. This observation led me to the conclusion that the food industry required rejuvenation. Notably, many of these vendors prepare their delectable dishes at home, utilizing cherished family recipes handed down through generations. This insight gave rise to Recipe Cup. Our platform aims to recognize these home chefs, including street food vendors, as a vibrant community with a rich culinary heritage. We strive not only to connect them with a broader audience but also to empower them to share their signature ingredients. This initiative provides an additional income stream for these chefs and offers food enthusiasts an opportunity to recreate beloved dishes in their own kitchens.
