Thore Network Pvt. Ltd., a rising player in India’s AI and Web3 space, has secured dual empanelment—as a Microsoft Cloud AI Partner and as an official contributor to the INDIA AI Mission’s Bhashini initiative. The company is also set to launch India’s first GPU Credit Trading Marketplace, further consolidating its leadership in AI infrastructure and digital asset innovation.
The Microsoft Cloud AI Partner status gives Thore Network access to technical resources, global co-build programs, and up to $150,000 in Azure credits via Microsoft Founders Hub, to accelerate AI-driven development across multilingual interfaces, blockchain-based platforms, and decentralized finance tools.
In parallel, Thore Network has been provisionally empanelled under the Bhashini initiative, where it will co-develop Indic Large Language Models (LLMs) focused on public-sector utilities and corporate applications. These models are intended to enhance AI accessibility for India’s diverse linguistic base—spanning governance, education, legal tech, fintech, and citizen services.

This marketplace aims to serve as a bridge between underfunded AI startups and over-provisioned GPU environments, especially as demand for AI training continues to surge globally.
